Admiral is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. If you have a problem with their service or need to make a claim, follow the guidance below to get the best possible outcome.
Raise your complaint by phone on 0333 220 2000, using the online complaint form, or by post to the Complaint Manager, Ty Admiral, David Street, Cardiff CF10 2AA.
Admiral will be in touch within five working days of receiving your complaint to confirm who is handling it.
Admiral investigate and issue a written final response — by the Financial Conduct Authority deadline of 8 weeks at the latest.
If you’re still unhappy, refer your complaint free of charge to the Financial Ombudsman Service within 6 months of Admiral’s final response.
You’re protected by the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and other legislation.
If Admiral can’t resolve your complaint, you can take it — free of charge — to an independent body:
If unresolved, escalate to Financial Ombudsman Service.
