Over the past few years, our team at Consumer Rights CIC has been working with Coventry residents to make improvements to their houses that will help them reduce their energy costs and also assist the UK achieve its larger objective of lowering the country’s carbon emissions.
We are committed to assisting Coventry residents in obtaining the funds they are entitled to through ECO4 and the Great British Insulation Scheme, both backed by LA Flex, which are accessible to qualifying homes.
So how and why do we do this?
To help the UK government reach its goal of Net Zero emissions, ECO4 and other such subsidies have been launched. We at Consumer Rights are determined to contribute to this.
The average home in Coventry has an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) rating in band D, which is comparable to the national average for England and Wales. Landlords in Coventry are legally obligated to make sure their private rental homes have an energy efficiency rating of at least band E on the EPC Register.
Properties rated F or G may not be legally rented out, unless there is a valid exemption.

EPC Ratings for Coventry
